Through state-legislated C-PACE programs (Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy) we offer financing for commercial real estate owners and developers to fund energy efficiency and sustainable building upgrades, as well as new development projects. Funding is repaid over a long term (up to 30 years) with fixed payments as a special assessment on the property taxes.

A variety of improvements are covered, including seismic retrofits on unreinforced masonry buildings. The program covers 100% of qualified improvement costs, up to 30% of a building's value.

 

This program also allows for retroactive funding for projects completed in the past three years.
